A precautionary product update relating to a small number of detachable power cables supplied with a small number of Mitchell & Brown TVs sold and manufactured between November 2024 and November 2025.
As part of our normal product monitoring procedures, we identified that some power cable fuses may not fully meet the required safety standards. While the likelihood of any issue occurring is very low and most products are unaffected, we are taking this precautionary step as part of our ongoing commitment to customer safety and product quality.
